2006 was a very different year for the Super Bowl-starved fans of the Chicago Bears. As the wins mounted, comparisons to the 1985 Super Bowl champion Bears commenced, and fans all over the globe began showing their support on the internet -- including a quartet sitting in a recording studio in Brooklyn.

With a carefully-planned marketing campaign, "Da Superfans" became an internet sensation. Their popularity spread from YouTube and Myspace to AOL, NBC, The Wall Street Journal, and Chicago's WGN Morning News, culminating in an appearance as the lead story on Yahoo's front page. All season long, they and other internet-savvy Bears fans were lauded for helping generate more football fever than the city had seen in over twenty years.

One of Da Superfans was inspired to help businesses experience the same thrill of leaping from the fray and being recognized on the internet.

Paul Burani - Clicksharp Marketing - New York, NY Clicksharp Marketing was founded by Paul Burani, who began consulting on internet marketing strategy in 2005. After gaining account experience with Fortune 500 clients in the advertising and market research industries, he has turned his focus to startups and growing businesses.

Following an academic background in Communications and International Marketing, Burani has studied entrepreneurship at the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore, and worked in marketing strategy consulting while attending the Innovation & Business Development Program at the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.
